Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  2. Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) along with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.  
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.   
  • Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.
