Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Return Process

- Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) along with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned.
